the cats we’re doing what cats be doing at 4am, so the living room doors closed on them by accident… long story short the old cat had to pee real bad and now my router is fried on a Sunday morning 🫠

5) I actually have no clue how to manage these feelings and situations. The few people I interact with through memes will stay there, but drag me into not-so-good feelings. Knowing how long it took me to feel good on Twitter from 2009, discourages me from this app. So it feels lonely sometimes.

4) before it turned into a shitshow. I met incredible people, got some lifelong friendships and was able to talk about mutual interests… I’m not good with face to face interactions, and filled with social anxiety so that was very fulfilling and made me happy.

3) Not sure how to find the right balance here :/ because it’s cute in a way to open the app, see 15 videos of cats being stupid and it makes me happy. But then I slide into the dark side of it, ending up checking stuff for an hour feeling drained. Time limits don’t help… I used to love Twitter,

2) I kept telling them I don’t get notifications and don’t check the apps, and preferred to exchange memes and silly videos through WhatsApp, but ended up being the weirdo. Then I slowly started checking their messages on Ig, and now I’m back to doomscrolling and hate myself for it.

1) I deleted Ig and Fb apps from my phone a while ago. Twitter was removed quickly after Elon took over. I didn’t want my brain to be filled with stupidity and wanted to step away from doom scrolling. However, a lot of my friends are still on these apps and keep sending me stuff.

As a woman, I’m proud to see Dark horse taking the correct side of humanity 🖤 as an individual who loved Neil’s work all these years and has full shelves of his work, I am deeply saddened by his actions, and will never be able to look at his art the same way 😞
