Of course he did.
Mayor Eric Adams of New York City on Monday met with Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, on his second visit to Israel in three years. Adams said the two “discussed the fight against antisemitism and the unbreakable bond between New York City and Israel.”

Dear ICE: They don't let you wear a mask in your mug shot.
Great news. This is what an ICE agent looks like in a mugshot. Meet Gerardo Rodriguez, 45, of Temecula, courtesy of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office. Arrested for "illegally detaining a minor at gunpoint while off duty last week." 🧵

They'd better not come here. Let's just say that A LOT of blue showed up for the No Kings rally.

I can't wait until all of the perpetrators in Trump's administration end up being tried for war crimes.
Our foreign policy, if that is still the right concept, has three pillars: alienate allies, encourage enemies, and take bribes.

Likewise, I still have a copy of a beautiful sketch with part of "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost. The artist was one of my high school English teachers in SE Queens. He gave it to me because he knew how much I loved the poem.
Most teachers are honored to simply receive a heartfelt, handmade thank-you note, and it’s common for teachers to keep appreciative letters from students — sometimes for decades. That said, they aren’t immune to the power of a great gift, either. nyti.ms/4p45GYK

Diamonds are a colossal ripoff: they're only expensive because their supply is controlled by the De Beers family mafia. They're not actually rare.

There are 10 other gemstones that are much rarer than diamonds, e.g., tanzanite.
A 9.51-carat blue diamond that once belonged to the heiress Bunny Mellon sold for $25.6 million at an auction in Switzerland on Tuesday, for $7 million less than at its last auction, a sign of profound shifts in the diamond industry.

I was a lot happier about the Brits developing technology that could keep organs viable longer.

Many organs in Hawaii, for instance, go unused because it takes too long to get them to the mainland.

Remember that only 15% of donated organs are usable, so it's very important to become a donor.
“The future is here.” Organ transplants from genetically modified pigs, designed not to trigger rejection by the human body, have begun to show great promise. At an international conference, researchers at the forefront of animal-human transplantation compared notes.
