Wish I could sacrifice a sprite for tokens. Just imagine, 1 8x8 sprite could give you an additional 64 tokens ! One can dream though. #Pico8

Dont ya just love it. A minor tweak of sprite memory which was full a moment ago has now allowed me to have 4 new baddy animations :)

This line from Video Games (Apr 83) was too prescient. One of the more frustrating things to me about the state of video game preservation is what feels like a general lack of interest in pre-'80s games; I will never stop banging the drum about the importance of '70s games (especially Death Race).

If you've updated to Windows 11 recently, you're probably on version 25H2.
There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.
Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."
TURN IT OFF.
