I made this with a gelli plate, some styrofoam, some piping tips, and some acrylic paints. Gel printing is addictive and I can't stop doing it. I should probably plant some trees to make up for all the paper I'm using 🤭

Because I was feeling so anxious, I decided that prep was the answer, you can never go wrong with mise en place.
Cut sweet potatoes, drained canned green beans,etc., and prepped my cooking vessels- a couple of springform pans that require leak-proofing because I don't have enough casserole dishes 😂

Because I was feeling so anxious, I decided that prep was the answer, you can never go wrong with mise en place.

Had my yearly wellness exam yesterday along with a med review.
I got stuck with so many needles.
Flu and TDaP and blood work, etc.. You know, the usual.
Except I told my NP (I won't see the MD in the office, he's a douche) that I'm not okay and that I'm going to apply for disability. Again.

I've had such a wonky schedule that there was a delay in refilling my Adderall and let me just tell you that, of the 3 mood-altering medications I'm on, it is by far the most effective at regulating my emotions.
I have been a rage-filled monster for at least a week on half dosage.
