In Finland we haven't had party mergers in decades but forming electoral blocs is very common, where for the duration of an election votes of 2 or more parties are combined, it's a popular tactic for parties to gather votes in areas where they would otherwise be very unpopular.

I often think about Jonathan Cooper's posts about TLOU2, that the studio ran out of seasoned game animators because its reputation was so bad and thus had to hire film folks who had to be taught how to put games together.

In one hand I'm glad Finnish is probably the most systematic with numbers out of all languages ever, at the other it makes learning other languages so hard! I find it funny how it's natural to not even count numbers in finnish, like it's very fluent to say 23 as "kaksi-kolme" or "ka-ko" (two-three).

Ei ihan kokonaan verrattavissa oleva asia, mutta Suomessa löytyy kymmenisen strippipaikkaa. En osaa sanoa, mitkä ovat henksun käytännöt niissä, mutta rafla-alan lait ovat kai ohjaava tekijä niisäkin. Tosiaan täällä erotiikka-alan asiakaskunta on kuulema aika omaperäistä, joten pointtisi on pätevä.
