Gaza, Iraq, Libya… Western powers have long ignored international law when it suits them. Trump just made it obvious 👍

The actual steam train picture is from the mid 1970’s and the other picture is mostly likely 2018-2019.
In fairness that train isn't representative of all trains 30 years ago in China. I took a few train trips in China in the 1990s and they were reasonably modern and comfortable.

The Steam Train image is from the 1970’s.. not the 1990’s.
These two images of Chinese train driver Han Junjia were taken less than 30 years apart.

Transformative change is possible when it is relentlessly pursued.

Been to quite London Restaurants over the years, and the only thing stellar about many of them is the price they charge.

London should be progressive and successful, considering the amount of money and investment it’s had over the last 3-4 decades..

Personally, having grown up in the countryside, I’m not that bothered by the Hunts, I’m neither for or against them.

I certainly won’t be riding out on one, not my thing, but then neither am I going to don a balaclava and protest against it, better things to do.

If @zackpolanski.bsky.social and the @greenparty.org.uk truly wanted to be downright honest, they would openly admit that the UK’s current economic model that, it has pursued since the 1980’s is a Low Wage,Low Productivity one, which mostly relies on immigration to boost its GDP needs to changed.🧵

Reminder:

Like it or not, the UK is a low wage, low productivity economy, it needs immigration to grow GDP.
I.E more people=
More Consumers=More Taxpayers

That’s the economic model we have.

And nobody ever will go to jail over this, at best, you may get the sacrificial lamb, but that’s it.
