MAHA right?
This is absolutely terrible news.

With the shifting regulatory climate (i.e., antivax ratfuckery), Moderna has withdrawn their application for their eagerly anticipated COVID-flu combo vaccine. This vaccine offered better protection than getting each shot separately.

Imagine being so good at something the whole NFl conspires to make it illegal saying it’s “unsafe” when no one has been hurt.

Krypto really did take us home: With over 250 million views & a million social posts, #Superman is officially the most viewed & most talked about trailer in the history of both DC and Warner Bros. This is because of all of you: thank you!

No matter how bad things get you have to have things to enjoy.
Saw someone upbraiding someone else for having a hobby while the world is on fire, and, my friends:

1. The world is ever on fire, this is today's conflagration;

2. If you don't find time for rest and joy the fire will consume you;

3. Don't let people shame you for being an entire human.

Krav maga instructor last night used a quote “strong people are harder to kill and more generally useful” which stuck. I’m not a chest thumping meathead. But I do agree being functionally durable and strong are good things.

My wife went with me to krav maga last night on the night we have 3 students and I got to go with our instructor. Fun stuff :) Find you a soul mate who cheers you on during hand to hand combat.

After reading a bunch on my iPad mini, then going back to print to then trying a Kobo I’m back to the iPad mini. I like the different color modes and it’s just easier for me to read from.

Oliver Burkeman is quickly becoming my Mr. Miyagi. You have to learn that time is finite and use your time on the things that are inportant to you. For me that’s my family, learning krav maga and riding my bike. This morning Inhad to drop a dress off at our local Episcopal church so I rode my bike.
