James Bond Jr erasure, that's what all this is
The whole Bond thing, where the writer is all "boohoo how do I follow up Bond being dead boohoo" is so funny to me. The Bond franchise's whole thing is they hire a new Bond and everyone goes "oh that's the new bond then alright."
You can simply do that! It's okay!

Facts. I'm told I have nice eyes, and my glasses have served to draw attention to them. If the glasses fit...
It is one of my more random but firm opinions that most people look better with glasses. They frame the face.

No DLC, no micro-transactions, no lootboxes, no game-breaking updates.
Make the game, finish the game, price the game fairly, sell the game, make a profit, do a sequel.

I had the misfortune of being in Dublin recently and I was astonished that there are hour-plus gaps between number 11s from O'Connell St, if those LED boards are to be believed

It's the most basic ass complaint moan i know, but the TFI Dublin bus app/signs info is so insanely bad i can only conclude its a psyop. Dublin is a massive experiment to see how long people will stand in the rain and shrug before they crack and start violently destroying property.

This completely escaped my notice. Just spent the last five minutes completely frozen with rage.

All that was missing in the Panorama edit was a the text "50 minutes later" as an inter-title.
That's it. That's the scandal.

The worst you can accuse Panorama of doing is making a misleading edit – and I’d dispute that! – to make *a point that was true*.
The programme aired without anyone seeing any issues with the edit. It was on iPlayer for a year without complaints. Donald Trump *did* incite Jan 6th.

Tory culture spox demanding the BBC "grovel" to Trump is baffling. Who is this supposed to chime with?
Just a bizarre line that no one who doesn't use X would ever think.

Yes, it takes very little for the far-right and the people who fall for the racist narratives to feel validated. These people already suffer from the delusion that they are "protecting" one group from the dangerous hordes without political leaders confirming their hero fantasies for them #speirgorm
If you think there's no connection between the recent public statements on immigration by Harris, Martin, O'Callaghan et al and these attacks, then I have some magic beans you might be interested in.
This is the predictable, inevitable, shameful result of their adoption of far-right rhetoric.

Very clever publicity stunt removing the Stockton’s wing jingle and replacing it with shite elevator Muzak, then bringing on Mike Hanrahan to ask about it.
Cue “public outcry”, cue petition, cue RTÉ management “folding”, cue return of Stockton’s Wing jingle… #justiceforstocktonswing

His departure is hailed by the historic FF/FG/Lab/Grn/fascist super-coalition - in a break from overseeing accelerated deportations, upward revisions of state investment in private housing, and tax increases in the domestic retail boom in deregulated vapes, snus, Labubus, etc

There's a parallel universe not too far from here where Seán Gallagher is leaving the Áras after 14 glorious years of saying "business" a lot, sharing inspirational quotes on the Áras an Uachtaráin LinkedIn page every day, and promising to learn Irish during his retirement.

Declan Ganley & his debts reminds me of 2008. The whole country depressed/angry/both with the death of the Celtic Tiger, except for the big developers who partied on with the help of NAMA. I recall seeing a pic of Johnny Ronan on a yacht with a couple of women &lots of champagne. This is the same.

Love how the brainrot of austerity as "hard task" - rather than soft targets - somehow still pervades, even after all of its failures.

No surprise that Ganley is persisting at Trumpism's lower ranks, either.
