Hip hinge is another primal movement we use constantly - picking things up, bending forward. A client noticed his pelvis was uneven when bending in front of the mirror. This exercise balanced his gluteus medius and minimus strength between sides, evening out his pelvis.

Having seen it in 2023, I returned to St. Peter's Basilica to see Bernini's Baldachin after its 2024 restoration. The bronze canopy above St. Peter's tomb is stunning. Teaching Wingmaster around the world continues to amaze me.
