Found this coffee mug today. I’m pretty sure a former colleague gave it to me last Christmas, but I can’t remember who. Driving me nuts. Super cute. Enjoying a relaxing afternoon while it snows in Chicagoland.

That’s what happens when you fire half of Northern Virginia for no good reason.
Looks like the Dems will pick up 12 seats in the VA House of Delegates, which will go from 51-49 to 63-37 D-R. That's an honestly shocking result.

I know what it’s like to not have food security as a child. I know what it’s like to be in a family that had to depend on assistance during certain times in our lives. I’m absolutely disgusted that this administration is holding back government food money purposely. #SNAP

Agreed! My mother was diagnosed with colon cancer at age 61 & fought it for 9yrs before dying at age 70. She’d never had a colonoscopy before she started experiencing issues, which revealed a tumor. I had my 4th colonoscopy Monday (last one was 5 yrs ago). Three small polyps removed. Do it, folks.
Get your colonoscopy. It’s better than cancer. If they had done colonoscopies in the 1980s, my dad might not have died at age 61. Don’t die at 61.

Been a fan The View for yrs, even attended a taping in 22 & bought mugs yrs ago. If you don’t like it, change the channel. The 1st Amendment ensures the govt not infringe on speech, even speech we don’t like. I’ll be so disappointed if #TheView ends. @brianteta.bsky.social @theviewabc.bsky.social

Pro tip: get the shot on a Friday when you don’t have anything to do on a Saturday, especially if you know the shot makes you sick. I’ve been fighting a cold for 2 days too which is now gone to my chest. I tested negative for COVID yesterday, so it must just be the common cold, but today isn’t fun.
Oh, holy day after Covid shot sickness. I’ll be surprised if I get out of bed today. But I know it’s worth it. I’ll be better tomorrow. I hope you all have a good Friday.
