Yesterday I told some travelers from Australia that it’s a sixteen hour flight from NYC to Hong Kong and they about passed out. They asked how many movies I watched. 8. The flight was 8 movies long.

Today is a bad back day. It happens after a post lumbar fusion. I have done really great days and then a bad day sneaks in. It’s to be expected so I’m not concerned.
