It was a super Saturday meeting & chatting with fellow SNP members and activists about our local campaign for #SP26 across the new constituency of Renfrewshire North and Cardonald.
Most importantly, there was plenty of cake and positive energy about our SNP campaign and our team efforts to win.

This is a Stage 1 vote. I hope for the decency of the majority of MSP's voting to agree with the general principles at this point in time.

On this #InternationalNursesDay stand up for care workers across all sectors who have heard nothing but negativity of being referred to as "Low Skilled Workers" from the Labour UK Government.

Tonight our constituency held its nomination meeting and I was privileged to be its sole nominee. It was good to catch up with members old and new and talk about how Team SNP will be campaigning in our communities and delivering the message of independence & progress over the next year and beyond.

Grangemouth has a proud industrial heritage, and I will leave no stone unturned to secure its long-term future.

Project Willow shows what’s possible - with our £87m investment and working together with the private sector, we can create good jobs and grow Scotland’s economy.

I am sorry @nicolasturgeon.bsky.social will stand down in 2026 and thank her warmly for her immense contribution to the Scottish Parliament and to government.

As Scotland’s longest serving and first female First Minister, she has done so much to improve the lives of people in Scotland.

Two years ago, Labour opposed the Internal Market Act - which is nothing short of an undemocratic power grab from Westminster.

Today, Labour have just voted together with the Tories against protecting the powers of our Parliament.

Only the SNP will stand up for Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

🧵 1/ @shonarobison.bsky.social has just introduced your SNP Scottish Budget - a Budget that delivers progress for Scotland, by Scotland.

It will make a real difference to people’s lives and builds strong foundations for a better future.

💛 6/ When I became First Minister, I said my top priority is ending child poverty - and this Budget delivers real progress on this.

On top of our measures like the Scottish Child Payment, we will end Labour’s two-child cap - lifting over 15,000 children out of poverty.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 7/ This is a package that’s pro-growth, anti-poverty, and always on Scotland’s side.

I’m proud of this Budget, but it can only enable a brighter future with the support of the Scottish Parliament.

I urge other parties to back the investment Scotland deserves.

I am concerned for the state of the ability of politicians to actually understand assisted dying.

I have every understanding of the conscience aspect & rights surrounding beliefs.

I have no comprehension of the conflation of blurring this with suicide in terms of mental health.
