Dignity in dying should be holistic - that includes people having the right to choose. That choice should not be palliative or assisted dying, it should be personalised and allow for all care and empowerment for the individual.

The whole sector put under threat due to the incompetence & ignorance of politicians who have absolutely no care for the reality of the pressure facing the social care sector. The impact due to dangerous and damaging visa policies is unforgivable.
