The bizarre media narrative that Dems must choose between anti-Trump and affordability politics reflects a broad reluctance to accept that Trump is really unpopular. The way forward is a fusion of the two. They are often one and the same. 8/

If you're opposed to Greg Abbott allowing Texas National Guard troops to invade a peaceful American city, it's probably a good time to speak up.

People ask, "where the heck did this guy come from?" I'll tell you: the working class. A nurse and an airplane mechanic. Union members. Veterans. Farmers.

That's why I'm not afraid of hard work, and I intend to work hard for the people of Texas.

Standing firm against Lt. Gov. Patrick’s misguided THC ban.
Like most Texans, I support smart regulation, not prohibition. We can protect children while respecting adult freedom. That’s why this extreme ban failed in the regular session and both special sessions.

Trump is ordering Abbott to rig our congressional districts. Hundreds of Texans showed up to say “no redistricting now.” Voters should pick their elected leaders, not the other way around. I left w/my Democratic colleagues to put a stop to this power grab.
