It is just my opinion but ICE agents appear to be deliberately using aggression because they know cameras are running. They want a reputation for violence to intimidate those around them.

Doing the colonoscopy thing this week. This time making me “clean out” for two days. (Go ahead, the possibilities for jokes are endless). Every 3 yrs since I was 40. Now 72. I think I only have to do it one more time in 3 years. They found scores of polyps over the years so it is worth it.

At age 72 I have NEVER exercised since middle school. I smoked from age 16 to 51. I am morbidly obese, bipolar, diabetic, hi blood pressure, metabolic syndrome. My A1c is 9.1. despite multiple meds. But today, my MD who is in training, called me to see why I missed an appt last week & how ai was
