“It is time to acknowledge what has become tragically obvious: the Trump administration is operating as a massive criminal enterprise.”

This absolutely captures it. Instead of "Trump Administration," we should say "Trump Syndicate."

We echo this call from @blumenthal.senate.gov for an investigation into Anthony D'Esposito.

We've long raised concerns about whether he could be truly apolitical in this role. The news he might be running for office demands immediate investigation.

Come talk to voters about having someone who will actually fight for us in office. And against ICE detention centers and this regime.

Let’s do this. 💙🚪

She never lived to see this moment, but it’s worth remembering that none of this would have happened without Virginia Giuffre.

She had the courage to speak out against power and privilege when it was just her word against Andrew’s.

Thanks to her, justice & accountability may finally have its day.

There was at one time an injunction against this practice (in a case involving a different country and different petitioners). The Supreme Court vacated it in a decision that the Justices didn't even bother to explain.
