In the context of #NHPolitics and the current movement to bring back the death penalty, what a devastating declaration. We cannot go back.
Today Dallas County declared Tommy Lee Walker innocent of a 1953 murder for which he was wrongfully executed 70 years ago. Arrested at 19, executed within 3 years. A life stolen. Justice much delayed. Awed by the Walker family's persistence. So proud of this @innocenceproject team.
BREAKING: 70 years after his wrongful execution, Tommy Lee Walker is declared innocent.

“The court’s declaration today provides some semblance of belated justice to Mr. Walker’s legacy, and to his son, our client Edward Smith,” said Chris Fabricant. https://bit.ly/3LVoOKA

The choice is impeachment and removal or calamity for the United States. I don't see how anybody watching Trump's speech in Davos can draw any other conclusion. He's a senile madman.

This Davos speech is terrifying. Time for Congress to assert its Art. 1 power. Or the 25th Amend. must be invoked. POTUS has lost his mind and our allies are in the room.

Many of them were standing alongside Trump at his inauguration one year ago today.

On Friday, a NH House committee will be holding their final hearings on several bills that aim to reinstate the death penalty in NH.

In 2019, New Hampshire lawmakers outlawed the death penalty in the Granite State because it was a cruel, ineffective, unpopular, and deeply flawed policy.

I’m proud to co-sponsor this legislation. It’s time to update the eligibility thresholds for the elderly tax exemption, which will provide real relief to those folks who built our communities. #NHPolitics
Rising property taxes are pricing seniors out of the homes they built their lives in. HB 1296 gives older Granite Staters a fair chance to stay housed, stay independent, and stay in their communities.

Rep. Eileen Kelly & David Carle: Update to elderly property tax exemptions is overdue
THE Legislature has an opportunity to help elderly in the lower-income brackets in New Hampshire stay in their homes. The means to do this is House Bill 1296.

NH might be 'first in the nation,' but we're lagging behind when it comes to voter registration modernization.

We support HB1600 & HB1678 to modernize voter registration, cut down lines, and support election officials. Tell your reps to make it happen: https://loom.ly/GlnxWx0 #NHPolitics
