Good gravy, these interest rates from the State of Louisiana for payment plans for small $ tax debt are just usurious. I just did the numbers on the payment plan they offered and it's like 13%!! I've seen better rates at check cashing places (just kidding, those are actually worse, don't go there)

Surely there must be a better measurement for women's hair care product instructions than " use a golf ball sized amount." Sure, some women play golf, but probably not the vast majority. I have no fucking idea how big a golf ball is, I haven't seen one in real life since like the 90s.
