Also: if you work for ICE, even if you’re not one of the ones arresting citizens or tackling 15-year-olds or zip-tying kids together and segregating them by race, you’re part of the mechanism making it happen, and you should suffer long-term social and post-regime-change consequences.
Some weirdo on Twitter has been absolutely melting down for like 36 straight hours because I posted:

When this is over, do not forget what ICE did, and what ICE is. And do not make room for them in society. Make sure they know that they are, and will continue to be, reviled and beneath contempt.

Reminder this holiday season that donating to the SA sucks. Ignore the red buckets.
The Salvation Army really is the epitome of a certain kind of white conservatism

They prey on the most vulnerable. They happily leave the sort of people they don't like to die in the streets

But they smile a lot and don't cuss and say "Jesus", so they get to be respectable

Being intentional in word choice/sentence structure/etc for my autistic main character and I just know people are going to read her point of view and claim I’m a bad writer bc it’s very plain and matter of fact 🙃🙃🙃

Every word. Bar for bar. Verbatim.

All of it this feels validating seeing somebody put this in words I couldn’t.

I almost died during that year but every thing he said is exactly how I felt during that time minus fighting the virus with no insurance and when a vaccine wasn’t in existence

i LOVE telling them to quit. put it on a voicemail. “hey this guy sucks and if you don’t quit you do too”
Good time to remind people that when you call your reps that suck you can remind the staffers that they can and should quit.
You know that you can still escape, right? Just head home and enjoy firing up the grill. Let Mike Johnson deal with the fallout. Not your problem.

this is unhinged behavior, also people thinking about ranking cuomo should consider why he thinks they would be convinced by this…… (hint: he thinks you’re racist)
Andrew Cuomo is afraid he'll lose, so his donors want you to fear me.

His SuperPAC just sent out a mailer that artificially lengthened and darkened my beard.

This is blatant Islamophobia—the kind of racism that explains why MAGA billionaires support his campaign.

Today on the site I'm delighted to welcome Sapphic Romance authors Camille Kellogg and Susie Dumond, whose newest releases (The Next Chapter and Bed and Breakup, respectively) both release this month! Here's a little bit about each book, as told by the authors: Bed and Breakup by Susie Dumond is a second-chance romance about two ex-wives who fell in love while renovating a historic inn in a quirky spa town in the Ozarks.
