I was held face down tear gas deployed right in front of me and pepper sprayed directly into the eye.

My HZ hot take is, not only do his horn parts suck, but he is de-valuing the craft of orchestration and the talent of studio session musicians.
And his music is easily mimicked by AI
What he added to Lion King and Prince of Egypt is nice though, but he’s def riding on the backs of better talents

106 Radio City Christmas Spectaculars in the books! This is never an easy gig but the vibe in the band car this year was so positive it made it a very fun one. What a way to bookend the year, I’m so lucky to be part of it all.
