2 > 1 > 3
The cast dynamics weren’t there in series 3. Honestly a lot of them were annoying and too self interested. Picked up by the end though and I loved the Seer twist.

Dunno if it’s a hot take but I was playing Sonic Origins Plus last night and it reaffirmed that I really dislike Sonic 2. I dunno why people like it so much. It’s janky and frustrating as hell. Tails just gets in the way. Hate that halfpipe special stage too.
