Martin is poorly so he's got bland foods for today and tomorrow but I'm going to make V and myself a pizza using greek yogurt and no yeast in the base.
If this works I'm going to make pizza more often and maybe sub the regular flour for gram flour since it's a similar consistency.

Saying "are you okay?" as a greeting/ substitute for "hello" just really baffles me.
And most of the time it seems to be used when the person saying it doesn't actually expect a response.

Whole garlic roasted for 20 minutes in olive oil is so damn good I could eat it all day.

I need to find a way to cut down on our monthly grocery bill. I think we're way too complacent with it...
Definitely going to reduce the amount of meat we buy and prioritise protein from beans, etc.

Inspired by the show Emily's Lab, we made "rainbow" bubbles this morning. The lack of yellow meant it was dark.
It reminds me of paint swirling in oil which produces some really fun results when things are dipped into the mixture.
Definitely going to find more science-y experiments we can do.
