Made the BEST "Paleo Spaghetti Bolognese With Zucchini Noodles" last night. Just added some cheese, swapped out the bolognese sauce for pizza sauce, the zucchini noodles for a pizza crust, and DAMN, I think i could get used to this Paleo thing!
