Trinity and I have been speaking every week to see the progress of her situation. She was fortunate to get a few minutes the other day [in Spirit-Thorns], but she's still working her way back. And the reality is, we felt together that with an important camp, and with big game minutes required, she's not in a position to do that. I think Trin, more than anyone, wants to be playing with the national team. So we hope that can happen again in the new year. But it's just come too soon, to be honest, and her well-being and welfare are of importance to me. I think when it comes to the upcoming weekend, you'll have to ask Washington what their plans are for her. But with regards to two games against Italy, that was definitely considered to be too much at this time.

BREAKING: MLS owners officially voted to flip to a "summer-spring" format beginning in mid-July and running through the end of May. Will start in 2027.

Talked about her recovery, said Spirit trusted her a lot in process, & she’s been pain-free for a couple months.
