Eigentlich wussten wir ja schon, dass die unbenannte Variable der Donroe-Doktrin "Rußland" sein muss, also Europa = Russland, aber das gibt's sogar im Klartext, von Jelzin an Clinton. Inzwischen haben die USA die Position übernommen.

How poorly is the U.S. economy doing? Ignore what is being reported by the government. You can look at a country’s PPI for a better gauge and for metrics to see how it is doing. I recently found a metric that will give you a better understanding where the US economy is.
