The Starfleet Academy theme has grown on me a lot.

I like it a lot now.

Yes, how dare one cast a Black woman as Helen of Troy when the, uh, historical record shows that she was the daughter of Leda of Sparta and the supreme deity Zeus disguised as a swan, and was born from one of two *eggs*. Greek mythology is really strict that way. Also: no ancient PoC. Obviously.

My husband tried cottage cheese for the first time in his life. Based on his facial expression he’s not team cottage cheese.

I disdain Trump and his family, including his wife, but I’ve seen some comments about the Melanie movie that refer to her as a whore. Just stop it.

It’s cold outside this weekend so I really want a nice big bowl of Phở. But to get some decent Phở, I would have to drive 45 minutes. To get really good Phở, at least 2 hours.

Funny thing is that back in Vietnam my husband ate Phở or rather the spicier Bún bò Huế when it was really hot and humid.

Obel Wochak gives off real Chancellor Gorkon vibes, though he seems more relaxed.

One of the biggest flaws of Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman is that it spends a lot of time establishing how racist, misogynistic, & ableist most of the townspeople are, and then it occasionally wants us to care about them. No, Hank & Jake especially can die for all I care. They are steaming piles of shit.

Hey, #StarTrek friends! With a lot of us discussing the negativity around #StarTrekSFA, how about we inject some positivity?

Please post one screenshot/piece of art/quote/whatever from Trek that brings you joy! 🖖🏻

i aint about to hate on a show that hasn't been given a chance to prove itself.

#StarTrekSFA Spoiler

I’m not into conspiracy theories, but it’s interesting how the home worlds of two of the Federation’s biggest rivals in the 23rd century and beyond end up getting destroyed.

I’m joking but what’s Section 31 been up to?

Chow down on a slice of pepperoni pizza and read the entire thread if you are observing the 30th anniversary of the Star Trek Voyager classic “Threshold”. Enjoy!!!
On 29th January 1996, "Threshold", the Star Trek: Voyager episode where Captain Janeway and Tom Paris turned into giant space newts and had babies first aired. Since it's #ThresholdDay we aim to answer a burning question: did Paris and Janeway fuck? If so, how did they fuck?

Mild #StarTrekSFA spoiler

Yup and now I’m seeing posts about Klingon tears and how they aren’t canon. It was one line from a movie in which a physician said he didn’t know enough about Klingon anatomy. TNG & DS9 episodes mention Kahless filling the ocean with tears. Canon is flexible.
