This is ridiculous, especially considering back in the day, I specifically went to The Escapist to read/watch things by Yahtzee or Stephanie Sterling BECAUSE of the specific “flavor“ of their writing. Which AI doesn’t have.
It seems one of the primary reasons for the move is to pivot to more AI-generated content.

I don't know if anyone here uses Toyhouse (specifically with custom CSS profiles), but I'm trying to use a free-to-edit template. Even when I change nothing but the placeholder text, it keeps hiding the coder's credit.
I really, really do not want to be the dick that hides the credit, help?

One of the few times I’ll admit to being an Apple user is bc my family has an Apple Arcade sub, which lets me finally sit down & play games like Balatro & Slay The Spire.

Twice (once with a company, once with a local politician) I’ve sent a sternly-worded email to someone saying “I don’t agree with your proposed changes, please reconsider,” & they sent me back a canned response saying “if you actually read the proposed changes more carefully, you’d know they’re ok”.
