Was reading a reddit thread about opening a cafe in the Netherlands. The answers:
- Don't, you'll be bankrupt in a year.
- Unless you bought the place 40 years ago, no dice.
- Do what all immigrant owned places do: launder money.
- Hire only 14-21 year old's, their minimum salary is lower.

They are building a new government building in my city. It will be completed next year. Unfortunately the powergrid won't be able to supply the building with all the power it needs until sometime after 2030.

I don't believe it. Hamas has stated they will never leave Gaza, in direct violation of the "peace deal". In fact they are sending in militants into zones that Israel has retreated from. Why hand over hostages, it's leverage. Nothing will come of this so called "peace deal"... what a farce
