In EVERYONE SAYS I LOVE YOU, Lukas Haas plays the only conservative in a liberal New York family. At the end of the film it is revealed he had a brain tumor that was causing his conservatism. Unrelated, has anyone scanned Marjorie Taylor Greene’s head lately?

Here's the thing I don't get: Doesn't Elon realize how embarrassing this is? It doesn't make him seem strong and powerful, it makes him seem weak and desperate and delusional. With him (and Trump), the inability to regulate the absurd boasting is the real syndrome.

It's amazing how his pathology aligns so closely to Trump's.
I guess one difference between me and Elon Musk is that, if I was gaming an AI to say these things about me, and everyone could see that I had done this, I'd have simply no choice but to set myself on fire.

It occurred to me that, after years of viewership, I did not know what the MS in MSNBC (and now MS NOW) stands for, which strikes me as a failure of marketing. It stands for “My Source” which doesn’t necessarily seem worth preserving in the rebrand.

What’s telling is that the right is not in a full-blown panic over this, the way the left was over Biden’s signs of aging. We are so often our own worst enemies. Harder on ourselves than we are on our opponents.
