We have a tradition that every New Year’s Eve I make something for my wife that I’ve never made before
This year I’m making a “salat de boeuf” - which originated in Moscow, mid-19th century, by restaurant chef “Oliver”, but has been adopted by many European countries over the years

It’s Danish Christmas in our household today, so no cooking for me!
So I’m sitting in the kitchen commenting on the chefs 😆
