I have written to the American Battle Monuments Commission, info@abmc.gov, asking them to restore the plaques, and then I submitted a comment to the Heritage Foundation via the form on their website telling them, politely but firmly, exactly what I thought about their request. It took 10 minutes.
1/ The US Government has quietly removed a memorial to Black soldiers who died in World War II from the Netherlands American Cemetery in Margraten, South Limburg. The move follows a complaint from the right-wing Heritage Foundation to the American Battle Monuments Commission. ⬇️

I have enough to last us a couple weeks, please post your links if you are also a SNAP recipient who needs help paying for food this month! 🥪🙏 Food banks aren't going to be able to serve everyone simply because of the huge load of new people in need!
With SNAP not being funded next month, husband and I are going to need help keeping the kitchen stocked. Food banks in the area are going to be busy and there's no guarantee they can serve everyone, so if you can help it would be massively appreciated!
