This slide from BrightMLS says so much

1) at the median, Arlington is now LESS expensive than Fairfax and Loudoun county, but about the same as Alexandria - hazard a guess this is bc arl&alx have lower priced condos mixed in vs almost exclusively SFH in the exurbs

2) everything is more expensive

APS is launching an evening hot meal program to support students and families during the federal government shutdown. Starting Thu, Nov. 6, free hot dinners will be served Mon-Fri from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Wakefield, Washington-Liberty and Yorktown.

Arlington County is taking proactive steps to support residents who may be negatively impacted by a potential disruption in November of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits due to the ongoing federal government shutdown.
