As an immigrant to Ireland watching the Presidential election take place, the most bizarre thing is seeing the candidates so freely among people? I mean, there is virtually *no security*. People just walk up and get in their faces, supporters or opponents. It's so different than the US experience!

I am doing very well at the gym and am much stronger now. I've also lost, basically, about 7 lbs in earnest. 💪🏼
You know what bugs me tho? People who talk about intermittent fasting, not eating carbs, or other fucking bullshit like that. STFU, and fuck off with that noise.
