I think Democrats should reject their money all together and tell them to fuck off.

These guys are on their way to becoming supervillains on par with 2008 Wall Street, and being on the right side of public outrage would be beneficial.
Dems chased Silicon Valley for years and all we got for it was a couple thousand eugenicists with the money of Lex Luthor and the brains of rabid ferrets.

Dems should do what the GOP did: threaten Big Tech relentlessly until the little shits give us money and do our bidding.

Where Is the Political Leadership Against This Violent Far-Right Movement Terrorising Britain?
The silence of senior mainstream politicians and media organisations against the rise of a new well-organised far-right movement on Britain's streets is a disgrace, argues Adam Bienkov

👏 Great to see APPG member @steveracemp.bsky.social calling for a National Commission on Electoral Reform

The Government wants to restore trust in politics. In an multi-party age, this must mean addressing our broken First Past the Post voting system

It baffles me how the Left, who seem to take decent positions on many things, have got the Online Safety Act so wrong.

Opposition to it is being portrayed as right-wing, whereas it's pure common sense.

It doesn't do what it was designed to do, AND it has tons of negative second-order consequences.
