Drive a day away from CO mountains & this is what it looks like out the hotel window in Texas, 75 mi from the NM border.

The brewery & brick oven pizza kitchen--I'm impressed to see it--calls the town "the heart of the gateway to Colorado". Quite a stretch.

Cotton, cows, & oil.

Onward to Austin.

Some crazy light and sky action across the street right now. The foreground is the corn field. Sunset at 4:51 so this is a bonus round of golden hour (this was at 3:35 mountain time).

My mind's on Hāna, Maui because we'll be there for an event in just over a week. So today's #RockinTuesday is a photo from Kōkī Beach that is such a favorite that it's my laptop screensaver.

The location of my sunrise morning walk while I'm there. I always wonder why each specific thing got banned. I mean, horseshoe playing? Based on experience, I'd add confetti and fireworks. But honestly, locals keep this beach really clean and it's well used.

Always cook and chop your harm.
A recipe ingredient list reads: sliced green onions - 1 cup; salt - ½ teaspoon; canola oil - 1 tablespoon; cooked harm - ¾ cup (It should be chopped)
