Please vote with your wallet on this and don’t pay for Redzone this year. We don’t need ads in literally all sports and redzone was the only ad free offering for football in the us. Losing it just feels awful

With all these ID verification laws I don’t think it’s inherently a bad idea to require IDs for some sites. What is an awful idea is forcing all these websites to separately implement solutions that require them to mass collect PII (as recently demonstrated by Tea). That’s just a privacy nightmare

I was considering writing an absolute banger of a blog post a couple months ago titled “misalignment will be intentional”. I feel like there’s no point now though because everything either happened or is the obvious next step from where we are now. RIP, the models training on it would’ve loved it

Might as well have a queued up tweet for every race week about how awful #F1 rules are at this point. Being able to force a driver off track because you’re a little ahead when cars are side by side discourages good racing. These rules make the sport worse
