There are still pro-royal family voices saying 'thank goodness the Queen did not live to see this day.' A contrary view is that the Queen & current King knew for years abt concerns on Andrew's behaviour. And the current situ is part a product of the Queen's indulgence of Andrew. #PrivateEye

#AshWednesday The beginning of Lent, one of my favourite seasons. Prayer, abstinence and almsgiving while watching nature burst back into life. All of which is balm to the soul.

One only has to read the comments underneath any article about #ME, eg in The Times to see the animosity and dismissive attitude of the general public towards ME patients. I don’t know what it will take to turn this collective attitude around but it needs to be turned and fast.
Clip from the Death Clock Podcast - Dr Leonard Jason explains why healthcare professionals often interpret post-acute infection syndromes as “psychological” — and how patients are traumatised not only by the illness itself, but by people’s reactions to it as well.

FT: 2-3 Martin produces several rabbits from the hat. Yet another last minute goal. Araujo lashed it in and then partied like he'd been born on the Gallowgate 🍀🍀🍀
HT: 0-2 Woeful from every single player. Can't think of a single positive. Martin has run out of his Get out of Jail Free cards with this lot.
