Given Falkirk's meagre away allocations, this is probably my only chance to support an Aberdeen team at the Falkirk Stadium this season.

I've had a braw day.

A second away win in a week for the Dandies.

And an evening of rabble-rousing with The Men They Couldn't Hang.

What to make of Aberdeen just now?
Awful first half today. Better in the second half, but still miles off what I'd want to see.
And yet, 16 points from the last 7 games.

Echobelly in fantastic form at Oran Mor tonight.
Hearing them perform "On" in full was so good.

Hard to know what to make of the game at Petershill this afternoon.
Aberdeen Women looked really good for 39 minutes, but contrived to be 2-0 down at the break.
Then looked good for the first half hour of the second half before seeming to run out of steam.
Positive signs, but a heavy defeat...

Finally, I own one of my favourite albums of the 90s on vinyl.

My colleagues & I have taken a huge gamble to set up @thenerve.news We’re trying to build a new independent publication from the ground up. Social media is our only distribution for now.

Sharing this article in your networks would make a huge difference. Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏
