Littler vs Humphries as the ‘darts final’ is a pleasure I intend never to take for granted. Both magnificent players and I hope they both stick around long enough to make a lot of archive footage

I’m nearly in fucking tears in a pub in Harrow. A bloke at bar had his phone go off for score alert at 3-2 whilst our stream was a minute behind and I assumed he was taking the piss. Best spoiler ever

Being at the Portugal game was a delight, god knows what those who went to Budapest are feeling
Troy Parrott in tears on RTE - very emotional.

I’d update this for this afternoons game, but sod trying to fit Szoboszlai on the shirt

I find the state of that pint even more distressing than Jackboots Jenrick’s politics, racism, or attempts to see how much Ozempic it is possible for a human being to take.
Strong "recently divorced dad trying to hit on much younger women" energy here.

There’s a Baileys stand at Dublin airport giving out samples and I feel seen.

Tiramasu flavour is rather nice…

Jesus Christ there's a possibility half the players drawn will have left the club by the time they've finished. Good luck....
In the latest sign of my well-run life I prepare to start drawing Chelsea at 12.09am by unwrapping a Mars ice cream

I’ve never watched a single episode of The Traitors (celebrity or otherwise) and consequently don’t know what on earth you are all talking about

For years mum said me & her walked past filming an episode of The Bill when I was little. I’ve found it, from the days before filming moved south of the river. The alley Tosh and Dashwood use was where market carts stored overnight. I attempted to play football with dad there

I have seen this video a few times recently and every time was about to lambast them for having a range of t-shirts until I realised it was the microphone… 😩
Today on Libero, is the Premier League boring?

The series was available on streaming platforms last time I checked (U on Sky Q for me) and is an amazing piece of work. Even I got there over 50 years after it was made

Just seen the baseball news. For purely childish and parochial reasons I wanted the Blue Jays to win. Bugger

Delighted at the result and all, but that Gittens miss. How?

Channel 5 will fill a months worth of its yearly schedule with documentaries about Ex-Prince Nonce from now on won’t they?

We all thought him a ponce…”

Fill the rest of the rhyme out yourselves.

Yep, you’re now thinking of Diego Costa trying to wash champagne out his eyes with Lucozade Sport whilst telling a reporter to “fuck off”
"The trouble-making far right AY Audits, aka Anthony Barnes, was on hand and seeing Tommo’s discomfort [after being pepper-sprayed, handed him a bottle to wash his eyes. They soon discovered that blackcurrant Lucozade really isn’t a great first aid option."

😂🤣😂 CANNOT 😂🤣😂 BREATHE 😂🤣😂😂🤣😂😂🤣😂

To make up for a wonderful day at the football, I have spent the morning finding out that the garlic and black pepper chicken nuggets the Arch are selling as a limited edition aren’t just hot when you eat the bloody things….

Keith Andrews is the most qualified to be the next Republic of Ireland manager by default. It helps he appears to have something about him

At least I’m unlikely to end up talking to one of his incredibly pissed nieces in a pub opposite Stamford Bridge unlike the current incumbent. Heimir the Hames

My enthusiasm for the Dodgers not winning the World Series is tempered by the fear that a Canadian team winning it will cause a tariff based revenge along with a Trump speech that will make me even less likely to believe he is teetotal

Galatasaray tonight. Image posted on club’s social media. Event governed by UEFA, like Villa’s game v Maccabi. Villa fans warned against “political” messaging by club with threat of stadium ban. PSG fans, others and UEFA themselves (obliquely below) have posted messages too.

So I started watching House of Guinness last night. Once you get past the first episode it’s quite good.
