I think this post is interesting in reference to this week's topic. Seeing the huge ingredient list might not always be alarming. I think that this could be beneficial as long as it is catered to the correct consumer ( in this case athletes).

I absolutely love this! I think that on valentines day the treats that come to mind are candy, chocolates, and lollipops Although they are great treats, this idea is so cute and healthier. This way kids with sugar restrictions can feel more included and thought of. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

When I sat down to record my food intake from yesterday I was surprised at how easy it easy for me to remember everything I ate. Somethings that surprised me are how comfortable I am with eating the same food over a few days and how many sauces I intake. @beh353.bsky.social #Beh353

A fun fact I learned is that lobster is high in cholesterol. I LOVE lobster! Fats are key for many bodily tasks. HDL (good cholesterol) is vital for taking up LDL (bad cholesterol) from the bloodstream and delivering it to the liver. Luckily lobster is high in HDL. 😄

This reminds me of when I was a little girl. Seeing fun shapes and colors always encouraged me to eat new foods and made me excited to try what was on my plate. I can still remember wanting to make octopus shaped hot dogs for my mother. 😄Food, no matter how simple, should never be seen as boring.

I had never really paid attention to how crucial data interpretation is. If we fail to understand how a nutrition study was conducted we are in danger of interpreting what isn't truly there. Now that I know, I will be sure to understand how studies are done before noting results.
