Who needs an #ArtBreak?

This painting by Criselda Vásquez has rightfully resurfaced in recent days: art as social dialogue, & all that.

"The New American Gothic" (2017, Oil on Canvas) reframes Wood's 1930 classic around the reality of work at the heart of US society. (@crisssvasquez on Instagram)

Perhaps this is why people couldn't afford eggs, because they keep buying large vehicles that are more expensive to buy and operate.

"...passenger cars average a lower transaction price than larger vehicles such as SUVs and pickups — if only more people wanted them."

As cars continue to decline in popularity, price tags for all new vehicles rise
Data showed consumers increasingly favor SUVs and pickups. Yet many say they'd consider a smaller vehicle to save money.

Replenished my supply of seeds, so I'm back to making my usual 8-seed loaf (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, sesame, alfalfa, chia, millet, and amaranth). 75% whole wheat + psyllium husk, and 100% hydration.
