Worth noting that Congress appropriated $250 million dollars for a recently-completed upgrade to the entire Kennedy Center complex, which has gotten enthusiastic reviews. So he's destroying a newly-renovated structure.

They don't get things like volunteering, donating to charities (unless there is a tax benefit our it boosts their egos), helping someone on the street who is struggling with shopping, being nice to all people they meet.
