Watching Wimbledon and reading something about David Attenborough reminded me that Sir David is the reason tennis balls are yellow. As controller of the BBC 2 he decided that yellow balls would show up better on colour TV. I think that yellow tennis balls should be renamed Pilae Attenborgiensis.
