The thing to remember is that destroying the Kennedy Center is the point of all of this. Shut down arts, shut down science, shut down academia so that radical Christianity can take over.

"Commonwealth Fusion Systems is coming to CES, signaling fusion is the next big thing in tech. To help mainstream the science behind fusion energy, the company is also hosting an invite-only comedy show about fusion with a happy hour to follow."

Well, naturally. (It's with the Sklar Bros.)

The Trump USPS just majorly screwed us. As of Christmas Eve, postmarks don't work when you drop a letter (or a bill, or a ballot) at the post office; they now apply when it hits a processing facility.

This will have MAJOR implications on voting and paying taxes.

Bugonia, described as a "horror comedy," is hiding out on Peacock, which you should have access to if you pay Comcast for Internet. It feels kinda like the Coen Brothers doing a kidnap comedy with Jesse Plemons and Emma Stone. A very wild ride. Recommended.

I think I'm getting tired of people dunking on other people. My reaction isn't to laugh and point, just to quietly block and move on.

There's just person who can deserve an exception, and that's because dire stupidity can come with dire consequences.

Trump: We track Santa. We want to make sure that Santa is being good. We want to make sure that he's not infiltrated, that we're not infiltrating into our country a bad Santa. Santa loves Oklahoma like I do. You know, Oklahoma was very good to me in the election

Another bubble in the slowly heating pot. Our democracy won't die with a shout or order cracking through winter's cold, but when we pull ourselves off the couch, go outside, and find we now live at the intersection of Trump and Trump, with a community-service officer at the corner to maintain order.

People posting happy birthday wishes on the still active Facebook pages of people who have been deceased for years is ... I don't know what. Sweet? Sad? Like poking through a cache full of mementos at a grave, maybe.

The hypocrisy of the networks carrying this speech but turning down far more substantive speeches from Biden and Obama is off the charts.

There was zero news in this speech which merited primetime coverage by broadcasters. Absolutely zero.
