Bizzare and very long article in the @theguardian.com that is only relevant for Americans because they don’t have a decent publicly funded health system and refuse to vote for one. Not sure the rest of us need this advice!

My $30,000 health insurance claim was denied. Then I tweeted about it
Public shaming works – but it’s also a sign of how broken the appeals process is in the US health insurance industry

Day 5 of Georgia protests. Much focus has been on Tbilisi, where 200,000 have been gathering in recent days.

However, this is in Batumi, Georgia’s second largest city. Huge numbers now gathering. Pro-EU, anti-government/anti-Russia protests growing across the country.

You can read about this in the Israeli press.

Why isn't this splashed on front pages in the West?

Horrific pictures from Beirut overnight after Israel apparently dropped multiple ‘bunker buster’ missiles into residential apartments.

The attack appears to have happened without any warning, around 4am while people and families were sleeping.

This is massive, and still a work in progress.

639 references so far, and counting. More are being added as we speak. Enough reading for a lifetime.

This isn't just a blatant GENOCIDE, it's the BEST documented one in History. There's no coming back from this.

Israel is plotting to colonise Gaza.

This is all being openly discussed in the Israeli media.

It is a damning indictment that Israeli newspapers offer more details of what's actually happening than newspapers in, say, the US or UK.
