The ICE agent who fatally shot Renee Nicole Good in south Minneapolis has now been publicly identified, adding a disturbing new layer to a case that has already sparked national outrage. Video Federal court records and law enforcement sources have confirmed the officer as Jonathan Ross, a veteran deportation officer with Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations unit. Ross has reportedly served in federal immigration enforcement for more than a decade. Good, a 37-year-old poet, wife, and mother, was killed during an ICE operation when agents confronted a line of vehicles blocking a residential street. Authorities say Ross opened fire after Good’s SUV made contact with him. She was struck in the head and later pronounced dead at the hospital. Audio circulating online appears to capture an ICE agent saying "f**king b***h" moments after the shooting while Good lay wounded inside her vehicle.
