Never feel bad or sorry for needing your alone time from the world. There's times where you just need to be interpersonal and think in the quiet for a while; there's nothing wrong with anyone for taking the time they need and always remember things can get better

I refuse to doom. I think a lot of people are surprised that my dark and spooky aesthetic comes paired with a very sunny disposition. I’m not ignorant to how fucked up things are right now, but when so many evil people in power try to drown you in despair, hope and joy is a weapon.

Seeing the Bill Watterson originals full of pencil lines of stuff that didn’t work, scuffs the eraser didn’t pick up, white out galore and more was something I needed to see to remind myself that nothing is perfect the first go and tweaks need to be made and you’re allowed to try again.
