I’m so fuming about the world because I just spent the week in Scotland with my da, a man in his sixties, and he just had such a nice time seeing and talking to people. I’m so so mad that people have allowed their das to hate people for a living. Das are meant to be sound and a bit cringe.

Dunno, I feel like if rule changes were created to target Arsenal specifically you’d start seeing managers warned and carded for being outside their little areas

Merry Xmas! The NBA paid tribute to a young man returning home to OKC after “9 months deployed with Nat. Guard.” They didn’t say where he deployed. I looked up Ok deployments: would’ve been Kosovo, Middle East, or DC. His dad looked happy but not blown away to see his kid. I think he was in DC (1/2)

I have made literal mock ups of Anthony Gordon diving before, but let me just say now (as it happened live for me in a pub with no WiFi or service) that him not getting a pen against Chelsea was mystifying. No idea what the officials (live or VAR) saw.

I really think a tackle that breaks a player's leg and has no chance at getting the ball should face some sort of disciplinary action, even if the player who's fouled scores. It's just unacceptable that you can do whatever you want to a player as long as he gets a shot off.

Bar the quite serious injuries, I’ve had an excellent sporting day. Went to St Mirren for the first time and watched them win a dead exciting game and then watched Liverpool win some sort of North v South war I didn’t realize existed.
