Mashed potatoes - Used rosemary/thyme/sage infused cream, and I'll definitely keep doing that. Easy and adds a great flavor. Made these last night and reheated in the oven. So. Much. Butter.

Smothered Green Beans - Cooked with shallots in bacon fat then simmered in broth and tomato paste that cooks down to a tasty glaze. Crispy bacon on top.

Cranberry Sauce - Cranberries simmered in orange juice/brown sugar/cinnamon stick plus a bit of rum + orange zest after cranberries burst.
