I’m so glad this week has a Friday. Next holiday, maybe I won’t be such a torpid pile of water. Then afterward, getting back to work won’t feel like I’m dragging myself around by my eyelids.

I remember when a writing teacher asked us to raise our hand if we've made more than $5 from our writing. Three of us did.
