This is my process for printing my proxies as of 6/1/25.
I use mpcfill.com to get all the card images I’m looking for. I save the cards as images or if it’s for a specific set of cards, download the XML file. I also get the cards backs there.

For Pokémon’s 30th anniversary, they should reprint the base set of the TCG on a non tournament-legal back and charge $1000 for four booster packs.
